Location: Bangalore Employment Type: Full-time About the Role We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Junior HR Executive to join our team at Candidmen Fashion Pvt. Ltd. The ideal candidate will assist in recruitment, HR operations, employee coordination, and ensure smooth HR functioning across the organization. Key Responsibilities 🔹 Recruitment & Talent Acquisition Assist in sourcing candidates through job portals, social media, and referrals. Screen resumes and coordinate interviews. Maintain candidate pipeline and follow up during hiring stages. Assist in onboarding process and documentation. 🔹 HR Operations Maintain employee records, attendance, and leave tracking. Support payroll processing with accurate data collection. Assist in preparing offer letters, appointment letters, and HR documents. Handle employee queries professionally and support HR policies execution. 🔹 Employee Engagement Assist in organizing training, celebrations, and employee engagement activities. Support HR team in performance management activities. 🔹 Compliance & Documentation Maintain confidentiality and ensure compliance with company policies. Assist in statutory documentation (PF/ESI/Exit formalities etc) Skills & Requirements Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field. 0–2 years of HR experience (Freshers with internships may apply). Good communication and interpersonal skills. Basic knowledge of HR processes, MS Office, and HRMS (preferred). Ability to multitask, maintain accuracy, and meet deadlines.
