Job Summary: We are seeking a creative and detail-oriented Social Media Marketing Executive to manage and grow our online presence. You will be responsible for planning, executing, and optimizing content across all social media platforms to increase brand awareness, engagement, and conversions for our fashion retail business. Key Responsibilities: Develop and implement social media strategies aligned with business goals Create, curate, and schedule engaging content for platforms such as Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, and Pinterest Manage day-to-day interactions and respond to comments/messages in a timely and professional manner Collaborate with graphic designers, photographers, and the content team to produce high-quality visuals and videos Monitor social media trends, tools, and applications; apply learnings to improve performance Run paid ad campaigns on platforms like Meta (Facebook & Instagram) and Google Analyze performance metrics (engagement, reach, growth, CTR, ROI) and prepare regular reports Engage with influencers, bloggers, and partners to promote the brand Stay updated with current fashion, e-commerce, and digital marketing trends Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Communications, or related field 2–7 years of experience in social media marketing, preferably in fashion or retail Strong understanding of social media platforms, content formats, and advertising tools Hands-on experience with tools like Canva, Buffer, Hootsuite, Meta Ads Manager, Google Analytics Excellent writing and visual storytelling skills Creativity, attention to detail, and an eye for aesthetics Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment Preferred Qualifications: Experience with influencer marketing or content collaboration, Content writing, Planning and Execution Knowledge of SEO basics, blog writing, or email marketing is a plus Experience with e-commerce platforms (e.g., Shopify, WooCommerce) Benefits: Competitive salary Opportunity to work in a fast-growing fashion brand Staff discounts on products Learning and development opportunities
