Job Description

Role Overview: As an Junior HR Executive, you will assist in the smooth functioning of daily HR processes. The role will primarily focus on documentation and generalist activities including onboarding, employee coordination, and maintaining HR records. Responsibilities: • Assist with end-to-end documentation and record management • Support in onboarding & offboarding processes • Maintain and update employee data in HR systems • Draft letters, agreements, HR emails, and internal communication • Assist HR team in day-to-day generalist tasks • Ensure confidentiality and data accuracy at all times Requirements: • Pursuing or recently completed Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills • Good verbal and written communication skills • Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks • Familiarity with MS Office What We Offer: • Hands-on exposure to core HR operations • Mentorship from experienced HR professionals • Opportunity to learn real-world HR processes and tools
