Job Description

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Junior HR Executive with 1-2 years of hands-on experience in end-to-end recruitment and exposure to core HR operations. The ideal candidate will support various HR functions, help streamline processes, and play a key role in attracting and retaining top talent.

Responsibilities

Manage the end-to-end recruitment cycle, including sourcing, screening, scheduling interviews, and onboarding.
Work closely with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and role requirements.
Draft and post job descriptions on various platforms.
Maintain and update candidate databases and track recruitment metrics.
Assist with employee onboarding and orientation programs.
Support day-to-day HR operations, including documentation, employee queries, and record-keeping.
Assist in the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures.
Coordinate employee engagement activities and internal communications.
Help in performance management, tracking, and data collection.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
1-2 years of experience in recruitment and general HR functions.
Strong knowledge of recruitment tools and sourcing techniques.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Attention to detail with strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
Familiarity with HR software (e. g., ATS, HRMS) is a plus.
