What You'll Do (Your Role) End-to-End Recruitment: Source, shortlist, schedule, and coordinate interviews. Be hands-on from talent search to offer letter issuance. Onboarding & Documentation: Ensure new joiners have a warm welcome and clear process - from Day 0 paperwork to Day 1 orientation. Intern & Team Tracking: Maintain Google Sheets and trackers for interns, attendance, team data, and HR documents. Engagement & Culture Building: Organize team bonding activities, birthday games, weekly engagement ideas, keep the energy alive! HR Communication: Address basic queries, support employee concerns, and escalate where needed with empathy and clarity.
