Junior HR Executive

Carmond Infinity is reimagining Indian animation through a bold 360° creative platform. As we

scale our studio and teams, we’re looking for a dynamic Junior HR Executive to join us at the

heart of our people operations.

What You'll Do (Your Role)

• End-to-End Recruitment: Source, shortlist, schedule, and coordinate interviews. Be

hands-on from talent search to offer letter issuance.

• Onboarding & Documentation: Ensure new joiners have a warm welcome and clear

process - from Day 0 paperwork to Day 1 orientation.

• Intern & Team Tracking: Maintain Google Sheets and trackers for interns, attendance,

team data, and HR documents.

• Engagement & Culture Building: Organize team bonding activities, birthday games,

weekly engagement ideas, keep the energy alive!

• HR Communication: Address basic queries, support employee concerns, and escalate

where needed with empathy and clarity.

• HR Support: Collaborate on feedback loops, policy suggestions, and team-building

experiments.

Ideal Candidate

• A people person - you’re approachable, empathetic, and a natural communicator.
• Organized and proactive - you know how to manage time, documents, and people with

equal grace.

• Comfortable with Google Sheets, Docs, and basic digital tools.
• Have a bias for action - you don’t wait to be told, you figure things out and try.
• Someone who thrives in a creative, fast-paced startup environment.
• Passionate about workplace culture and wants to help build it.

Requirements

• Education - Any graduation/Post-graduation
• 0 - 1 year experience in HR, coordination, event planning, or related roles.
• Comfortable with Google Sheets, Docs, and basic online tools.
• Must be based in or willing to relocate to Kochi.
