Junior HR Executive

Role: Junior HR Executive 📍 Location: Bangalore (On-site) 🕒 Full-time | 0–2 years of experience Interview Type : Walk-in 🚀 What You’ll Be Responsible For: 🔍 Talent Acquisition & Recruitment (80%) Own end-to-end hiring for entry-level and mid-level roles across departments Write and post job descriptions on relevant platforms (LinkedIn, Instahyre, etc.) Source actively using platforms like LinkedIn, job boards, and internal databases Screen resumes, schedule interviews, and manage candidate communication Coordinate assessments, follow-ups, and feedback loops Maintain and update the recruitment tracker and dashboards Work closely with hiring managers to understand role requirements and align expectations 🌱 Employee Engagement & Onboarding (20%) Ensure a smooth onboarding experience for new hires (welcome kits, buddy programs, intro calls) Support in planning monthly employee engagement activities, birthday/anniversary shoutouts, and internal communications Assist in running employee feedback surveys, HR check-ins, and team bonding events Help maintain HR documentation, databases, and joiner records ✅ What We’re Looking For:0–2 years of experience in recruitment, preferably in a startup or fast-paced setup Familiarity with job portals and sourcing tools Excellent communication and coordination skills Highly organized with an eye for detail Empathetic, energetic, and people-first mindset Strong follow-through — you don’t let things slip through the cracks 💡 Bonus Points If You: Have used ATS tools or HRMS platforms Love engaging with people and bringing positive energy to a team Are curious about building scalable people processes Why Join Us?
