Pre sales Associate

Job Summary:We are looking for a dynamic and customer-oriented Pre-Sales professional to support our sales team by providing deep product expertise, delivering compelling demos, crafting solution proposals, and building trust with prospective clients. This role is crucial in bridging the gap between client needs and our product capabilities. Key Responsibilities: Engage with potential clients to understand their business goals, pain points, and technical requirements. Collaborate with sales to design tailored product demonstrations and proof of concepts (POCs). Deliver product walkthroughs and presentations, both virtually and in-person. Work with internal product, tech, and customer success teams to ensure proposed solutions are viable and aligned with client needs. Prepare and review technical documentation, RFP responses, and pricing estimates. Act as the technical point of contact during the sales cycle, addressing client queries and concerns. Support onboarding and transition from sales to implementation teams post-deal closure. Continuously update your understanding of product capabilities, industry trends, and competitor offerings. Key Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business, or related field (MBA preferred for senior roles). 1–4 years of experience in a pre-sales, solution consulting, or product specialist role—preferably in SaaS, AdTech, or B2B software. Excellent communication and storytelling skills with a consultative approach. Strong understanding of sales processes and buyer psychology. Ability to simplify complex technical concepts for non-technical stakeholders. Proficiency in using CRM tools (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce) and presentation tools. Bonus: Experience in Amazon Ads, eCommerce, or MarTech platforms.
