Pre Sales Associate

As a Pre-Sales Associate at Area27 Pvt. Ltd., you will be responsible for supporting the sales process through the preparation of quotations, Bills of Quantities (BoQs), and client presentations. Your role will involve collaborating with the sales and technical teams to provide pre-sales support, analyze client needs, propose suitable solutions, and ensure error-free documentation. Key Responsibilities: - Prepare accurate and competitive quotations and Bills of Quantities (BoQs) in coordination with the sales and technical teams. - Create and deliver professional presentations for client meetings, showcasing product/service offerings and customized solutions. - Work closely with the sales team to understand customer requirements and provide appropriate pre-sales support. - Analyse client needs and propose suitable solutions, contributing to winning proposals. - Maintain updated knowledge of company products/services to support proposal preparation. - Ensure all documentation and data used in quotations and BoQs are error-free and up to date. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather data and support project estimations. Qualifications Required: - Experience in a pre-sales, sales support, or estimation role. - Proficiency in MS Excel, including advanced formulas and calculations. - Strong attention to detail and high level of accuracy in work. - Excellent verbal and written communication skills. - Ability to multitask and work under pressure in a fast-paced environment. - Strong organizational and time-management skills. - Technical background or understanding of the industry is a plus.
