Job Summary: The Logistics Incharge is responsible for overseeing the daily operations of logistics and supply chain activities, including the planning, coordination, and monitoring of goods movement, inventory, and warehouse functions. The role ensures timely delivery, efficient transportation, and optimal use of resources while maintaining compliance with company policies and industry regulations. Key Responsibilities: Plan and coordinate logistics operations including transportation, warehousing, inventory, and delivery. Ensure timely dispatch and delivery of goods to clients or internal departments. Supervise loading and unloading processes and manage logistics staff and drivers. Monitor and track shipments, resolving any issues or delays. Coordinate with vendors, suppliers, and transport companies. Maintain accurate records of inventory and logistics documentation. Optimize logistics procedures to reduce costs and improve efficiency. Implement safety standards and ensure proper handling of goods. Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly reports on logistics performance. Handle import/export documentation (if applicable). Use logistics software or ERP systems to manage operations. Qualifications and Skills: Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or related field. Proven experience in a logistics or supply chain role. Strong organizational and problem-solving skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
