Key Responsibilities: Hardware Systems Installation & Maintenance: Install, configure, and maintain computer hardware, peripherals, and networking equipment Diagnose and troubleshoot hardware failures and replace faulty components Set up workstations with computers and necessary peripheral devices Network Implementation & Support: Install and configure LAN/WAN networks including routers, switches, and access points Maintain network infrastructure and ensure optimal performance Troubleshoot connectivity issues and network outages Security Systems Setup & Monitoring: Install and configure CCTV surveillance systems Set up IP cameras, DVR/NVR devices, and monitoring software Perform regular maintenance and ensure proper functioning of security equipment Electrical & Low Voltage Work: Install and maintain structured cabling systems (Cat5/Cat6) Perform basic electrical work related to IT equipment and security systems Test power supplies and electrical connections for IT and security infrastructure Qualifications & Skills Required Educational Background: Diploma/ Bachelor's Degree/ ITI in: Computer Science/Information Technology Electronics & Communication Engineering Electrical Engineering ITI in Computer Hardware & Networking Diploma in Network Engineering Technical Skills: Proficiency in computer hardware architecture and troubleshooting Experience with networking concepts (TCP/IP, DHCP, DNS, VLANs) Knowledge of CCTV system installation and configuration Understanding of structured cabling standards and installation practices Familiarity with Windows/Linux operating systems installation and configuration Basic knowledge of electrical principles as applied to IT equipment Job Types: Full-time, Permanent Shift: Day shift Willingness to travel: 25% (Preferred) Work Location: In person
