This full-time position is perfect for candidates with 1 to 3 years of work experience who are eager to contribute to a dynamic team. As a Business Development Executive, you'll play a crucial role in expanding our clientele, supported by our strong infrastructure and technical expertise. Qualifications And Skills Lead Generation (Mandatory skill) is essential for identifying potential business opportunities and expanding the market reach. Cold Calling (Mandatory skill) will play a key role in contacting potential clients and establishing initial communication. Client Relationship Management (Mandatory skill) to ensure long-term partnerships and client satisfaction through ongoing support. Experience with CRM Software is required to efficiently manage and analyze client interactions and data throughout the customer lifecycle. Strong Negotiation skills are needed to facilitate favorable business deals and contracts. Proven B2B Sales experience to effectively target and secure new business opportunities from other businesses. Excellent Presentation Skills to effectively communicate ideas and proposals to both internal and external stakeholders. Ability to work within a team and contribute to a collaborative work environment with a focus on achieving collective goals. Roles And Responsibilities Identifying and pursuing new business opportunities to drive company growth and expand the client base. Conducting market research and analysis to identify trends and opportunities in the IT industry. Engaging in cold calling to potential clients, scheduling meetings, and presenting company offerings. Developing and maintaining strong, long-lasting relationships with clients to ensure high levels of client satisfaction. Working closely with the marketing and technical teams to align strategies and objectives. Assisting in the preparation of proposals and presentations tailored to client needs.
