Risk Management: evaluation of Currency, geo political, commodity sensitivity risks and implementing effective risk mitigation plans and de risk the annual business plans. Driving short- and long-range business plans to achieve the targeted market share and EBITDA. Responsible for optimum utilization of export financing and other soft loans and contributed to overall working capital. Management of Green field project from land acquisition to plant commissioning or strategic decisions making such as merger or acquisition of plants / units. Insurance and claim management for asset and employees within the organization and provision for the same. Statutory compliance management, balance sheet consolidation and audit process documentation for effective utilization. Must be updated with government incentive schemes and benefits such as subsidiary, R&D, Solar etc. Vendor payment and vendor reconciliation and ageing report preparation periodically.
