As an Employee Relations Officer at Tata Electronics, your role will involve fostering a positive work environment, ensuring compliance with labour laws, and supporting organizational policies. You will be responsible for handling grievances, conducting investigations, advising managers on HR policies, and driving initiatives to promote employee engagement and retention. Your key responsibilities will include: - Serving as the primary point of contact for employee relations issues. - Addressing and resolving workplace conflicts, grievances, and disciplinary matters. - Conducting fair and thorough investigations into complaints and policy violations. - Ensuring adherence to labour laws, company policies, and ethical standards. - Updating and communicating HR policies and procedures. - Partnering with legal teams on compliance-related matters. - Advising managers on performance management, disciplinary actions, and conflict resolution. - Providing guidance on HR best practices and organizational culture. - Supporting employee engagement programs and feedback mechanisms. - Analyzing trends in employee relations and recommending proactive solutions. - Maintaining accurate records of ER cases and investigations. - Managing grievances and compliance for contract laborers. - Preparing reports for leadership on ER metrics and trends. Qualifications required for this role include: - MSW/ MA HRM /PG Diploma in HR - 4-10 years of experience in Employee Relations or HR Generalist roles. - Strong knowledge of labour laws, compliance, grievance, and HR policies. - Excellent communication, negotiation, and conflict resolution skills. - Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with integrity.
