Job Title: Sourcing Manager Key Responsibilities: ● Fabric Sourcing : ○ Identify and establish partnerships with fabric suppliers across Jaipur and other regions. ○ Negotiate pricing, lead times, and quality standards with suppliers to meet brand requirements. ● Garment Sourcing: ○ Source ready-made garments when required, ensuring alignment with design, quality, and cost parameters. ○ Collaborate with in-house teams to ensure seamless integration of sourced materials into the manufacturing process. ● Vendor Management : ○ Build and maintain strong relationships with vendors to ensure consistent supply and timely delivery. ○ Evaluate supplier performance regularly to maintain quality and reliability. ● Quality Assurance: ○ Work with the quality control team to ensure sourced fabrics and garments meet the required standards. ● Cost Optimization: ○ Identify opportunities to optimize sourcing costs without compromising quality. ○ Maintain detailed cost sheets and sourcing budgets. ● Market research: ○ Stay updated on the latest trends in fabrics, garment designs, and supplier innovations. ○ Explore new sourcing opportunities and strategies to support the brand's growth. ● Process Improvement : ○ Streamline sourcing processes for improved efficiency and scalability as the brand grows.
