Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Call Agent role based in Hosur. The Call Agent will handle inbound and outbound calls, provide customer service support, address client inquiries, and ensure customer satisfaction. Responsibilities will also include maintaining detailed records of customer interactions, resolving issues, and escalating complex problems to the relevant departments when necessary. Effective communication and active listening are crucial for this role to build long-lasting and professional relationships with clients.

• Ability to handle and resolve customer queries professionally and efficiently
• Capability to maintain accurate records and meet performance targets
• Knowledge of basic IT support or technological understanding is an advantage
• Team collaboration skills and ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
• Proven ability to remain patient and empathetic during customer interactions
• Fluency in English; fluency in other languages is a plus
• High school diploma or equivalent; additional training in customer service is a bonus
