Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Call Agent role located in the Greater Kolkata Area. The Call Agent will be responsible for handling inbound and outbound calls, addressing concerns, resolving queries, and providing clear and professional assistance to clients and stakeholders. Additional tasks include maintaining accurate records, meeting quality and efficiency targets, and collaborating with team members to ensure seamless communication and service delivery. The role demands excellent communication skills and a customer-focused approach to support the community effectively.

Qualifications

• Outstanding verbal communication and active listening skills
• Proficiency in data entry, record-keeping, and basic computer skills
• Problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and effective time management abilities
• Empathy, patience, and a service-oriented approach to handling customer inquiries
• Ability to work collaboratively within a team and adapt to changing needs
• Previous experience in customer service, telecommunication, or community outreach is an advantage
• Fluency in Bengali is preferred
• High school diploma or equivalent qualification
