Role Overview: As a Call Agent in Lucknow, you will be responsible for answering incoming calls, handling customer inquiries, providing product information, resolving issues, and ensuring customer satisfaction. Your daily tasks will include managing a high volume of calls, maintaining accurate records of customer interactions, and following up with customers as needed. You will collaborate closely with other team members and departments to deliver seamless customer service.
