Call Agent

You will be working as a Call Agent at effelon+, a prominent manufacturer of servo voltage stabilizers, transformers, and advanced power management solutions located in Delhi, India. Your primary task will involve handling incoming customer calls, addressing their queries, providing product details, and effectively resolving any issues they may encounter. This is a full-time on-site position based in Delhi. To excel in this role, you should possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, along with strong problem-solving capabilities. Prior experience or training in customer service is preferred. The ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment, proficiency in relevant computer applications, and familiarity with electrical products and terminology will be advantageous.
