1. Therapy Development and Implementation: a. Design and provide direct occupational therapy treatment to clients with autism in one-on-one and group contexts. b. Conduct comprehensive assessments, including occupational therapy screenings and sensory profiles, to identify sensory, motor, and functional needs. c. Develop and execute individualized therapy plans (ITPs) in collaboration with the multidisciplinary team, ensuring all therapy domains converge effectively. d. Utilize evidence-based occupational therapy techniques to address sensory processing, motor coordination, and self-care skills. e. Monitor and document the progress of each child (within timelines), making adjustments to plans as needed. 2. Parent Engagement and Counselling: a. Actively engage with parents to provide clear guidance on therapy goals, strategies, and their role in the therapeutic process. b. Counsel families to understand their childs needs and provide resources to support effective therapeutic practices at home. c.
