Stakeholder Management Develop and maintain strong proactive relationships with internal and external stakeholders to ensure coordination & optimal performance Continuous Improvement No Surprise delivery & look on a continuous basis for simplification of the processes. Relevant Experience Requirements 2 to 3 years relevant experience in MNCs Hands on Experience in handling Accounting as per the Accounting standards followed which covers India, US + Other Countries as needed Advanced Excel Abilities Prepare and record assets, liabilities, revenue, expenses, Bank recons covering multiple banks, maintain and balances subsidiary ledgers by verifying, allocating, posting and reconciling transactions and resolving discrepancies (Balance sheet items reconciliations) Should have working knowledge in Netsuites is very much desirable Should have handled multiple entities accounting during the month and at month end close including US Should have operated in multiple financial systems and process India specific, hands-on experience in GST, Statutory Audit, Tax Audit, TP Audit, IT Filing and other statutory functions. India specific, working knowledge of other Statutory compliances working knowledge is essential which would include Tax Deduction at Source (TDS), Provident Fund (PF) & Employee State Insurance (ESI) (if applicable), Professional Tax (PF), Shops and Establishment Regulations Ensure all Reconciliations are provided on a scheduled timely basis and as per the close calendar Fixed Assets reconciliations, verification and control Preparations of various schedules and financial disclosures for MIS, tax authorities as needed Behavioral Skills Self - Starter, must be a well-organized with an "can do" attitude.
