Key Purpose of the Role The SCM Head – Spares will be responsible for building and leading the end-to-end spare parts supply chain across the organization. This includes forecasting, planning, procurement, warehousing, inventory management, pricing governance and logistics. The role aims to ensure spare parts availability, cost efficiency and customer satisfaction by designing a responsive, data driven and audit compliant ecosystem. This position is critical to enabling fast service turnaround, reducing operational leakages, optimizing inventory, and maintaining strong relationships with service partners and external stakeholders.
