Introduction to the Role:

The role involves leading and executing projects in alignment with OEM product strategies and roadmaps while ensuring timely delivery through effective planning and resource allocation. The incumbent will be responsible for estimating project budgets, monitoring milestone progress against plans, and proactively escalating critical issues.

Yours Responsibilities:

• Execute the projects in line with the OEM product strategies and Roadmap
• Plan and estimate the usage of project resources and budget
• Monitor the milestone accuracy (plan vs. actual) of projects
• Escalate critical issues in the projects
• Implement TTM approach in projects
• Represent the project internally and externally
• Integrate the cross functional team activity and channelize towards achieving project goals

Key Requirements:

• B.E. Mechanical Engineering
• Experience: 5 plus years
• Project management skills
• Stake holder management skills
