Introduction to the Role:

We are looking for a strategic and hands-on Learning & Development professional to lead both global learning architecture initiatives and local end-to-end development programs, with a strong focus on Sales & Leadership capability building. This role requires an L&D professional from an IT or tech background, experienced in competency frameworks, facilitation, talent development, and the use of digital learning tools like Articulate.

Key Responsibilities:

Global Responsibilities:

  • Serve as a Learning Architect for global learning programs, co-designing scalable and impactful interventions.
  • Partner with global HR and business stakeholders to develop future-ready leadership and functional capabilities.
  • Create blended learning journeys using digital tools (e.g., Articulate, SuccessFactors LMS, video-based content).
  • Align global programs with strategic business goals and drive consistency across geographies.

Local (India) Responsibilities Focus: Sales & Leadership:

  • Lead Sales and Leadership Development initiatives for India-based business units.
  • Facilitate high-impact sessions and workshops including in-person and virtual formats.
  • Build and implement competency models, skill matrices, and learning pathways for technical and non-technical roles.
  • Support talent development initiatives including HiPo programs, career development, and succession planning.
  • Drive engagement and learning culture through interactive learning campaigns, communities of practice, and mentoring programs.

Additional:

  • Leverage data and insights to track program effectiveness and continuously improve.
  • Collaborate with internal SMEs and external vendors to deliver high-quality content.

Key Requirements:

  • 812 years of relevant experience in L&D roles, preferably within IT or technology organizations.
  • Proven track record in sales and leadership development programs.
  • Strong facilitation skills both virtual and in-person with experience engaging mid to senior-level audiences.
  • Expertise in competency frameworks, instructional design, talent development, and succession planning.
  • Hands-on experience with digital learning tools like Articulate 360, Storyline, and LMS platforms (preferably SAP SuccessFactors).
  • Excellent communication, collaboration, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Ability to work in a global matrixed environment with cross-functional teams.
