Key Responsibilities: Design aValue-Based Competency Frameworkfor all roles within the organization. IdentifyDifferentiating Competenciesfor critical roles. Developdetailed behavioral indicatorsandproficiency levelsfor each competency. Align competency mapping with the broaderL&D strategyandorganizational goals. Collaborate with Subject Matter Experts (SMEs), team leads, and stakeholders to gather role-specific insights. Enable integration of the framework into existing HR systems such as performance appraisals, career pathing, and development planning. Conduct workshops or interviews as needed to validate and socialize the framework. Recommend approaches forcontinuous learningandknowledge sharingto foster a learning organization. Define metrics and processes for evaluating the impact of the competency framework. Prepare presentations, reports, and training content for rollout and implementation support. Desired Profile: Proven experience in designing and implementingcompetency frameworksacross various organizational levels. Strong understanding ofL&D strategy,learning needs identification, andtraining processes. Demonstrated ability to work withcross-functional teamsand managestakeholder expectations. Excellent facilitation, analytical, and documentation skills. Prior experience in identifying and codifyingbehavioral indicators and proficiency levelsis essential. Exposure tolearning metricsand evaluating learning effectiveness is a plus. Preferably has worked with or innon-profit,consulting, orresearch-based organizations. Qualifications: Master s degree in Human Resources, Organizational Psychology, or related field. 5-10 years of experience in competency mapping, HR consulting, or L&D. Salary:Salary shall be commensurate with experience and skills.
