● Supervise and lead the AR team
● Collection mapping, invoicing, Accounting, and reporting for revenue
● Reconciliation of books with Customer Financing Partners, accounting for associated costs
● Prepare and monitor aging report, manage collection to reduce overdue
● Resolves disputes and discrepancies with customers and customer financing partners promptly and professionally
● Develop and implement AR policies and procedures to enhance efficiency and effectiveness
● Ensure accurate and timely revenue recognition in accordance with relevant accounting
standards (e.g., I-GAAP, IFRS, Ind-AS)
● Preparing necessary schedules for periodic GST–1 statutory filing.
● Follow the company’s Internal controls and ensure they are operating effectively within the
organization
● Support in statutory financial reporting, year-end Statutory Audit, Internal Audit, and Cost
Audit
● Collaborating with cross-functional teams for monthly handovers and follow-up on pending
receivables
● Assist the finance leadership on cost management, and improving collections.
● CA with prior experience of 2 to 5 years in a Finance Controllership role - with deep knowledge of Revenue recognition and account receivables management and knowledge of Indian GAAP
● Good knowledge of accounting software Tally , Reconciliations of revenues.
● Strong in Excel and Google Sheets
● Superior attention to detail with the ability to successfully manage multiple competing priorities
