Role Overview
We are seeking a seasoned Oracle BRM Trainer to deliver an end-to-end, concept-driven and hands-on virtual training program covering billing, rating, charging, invoicing, payments, and real-world telecom/digital service scenarios.
The trainer will guide participants through Oracle BRM architecture, configuration, workflows, integrations, and production best practices.

Training Scope (12-Day Day-wise TOC)
The training is expected to cover:
* Oracle BRM fundamentals, architecture, and core components
* Customer, account, product, deal & pricing configuration
* Usage processing, event management, rating & charging
* Billing cycles, invoicing, payments & receivables
* Adjustments, disputes, GL integration & revenue accounting
* Configuration, customization, opcodes & integrations
* Reporting, security, troubleshooting & performance tuning
* Real-world telecom/digital service billing scenarios
* Advanced concepts including ECE, multi-currency, and BRM cloud

* Deliver live virtual training sessions across 12 days
* Explain concepts with real-world examples and case studies
* Provide demos, walkthroughs, and practical insights

Trainer Requirements
* 4–15+ years of hands-on experience in Oracle BRM
* Strong understanding of:
o Billing, rating, charging & invoicing
o Telecom / digital services use cases
o BRM configuration, customization & integrations
* Experience in implementation, support, or training
* Strong communication and presentation skills
* Ability to simplify complex BRM concepts
* Comfortable delivering sessions in English
* Available in IST timezone
