We are looking for a dynamic and driven IT Recruiter to join our growing team in Bangalore. You'll play a key role in identifying and hiring top-notch talent for permanent roles across leading IT clients.
1. Manage end-to-end recruitment for permanent IT roles.
2. Collaborate with hiring managers & clients to understand job requirements.
3. Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, referrals, and other channels.
4. Conduct initial screening via phone/video interviews.
5. Schedule and coordinate interviews with clients and candidates.
6. Negotiate offers and ensure smooth onboarding.
1. Bachelor's/Master's degree in any discipline.
2. 6 months to 2.5 years of experience in IT recruitment (preferably permanent staffing).
3. Hands-on experience with platforms like Naukri, Monster, LinkedIn, etc.
4. Good communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
