JJob Summary

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Sales Head - International to lead our jewellery exports and international business development. The ideal candidate will have strong knowledge of global luxury markets, regulatory export procedures, international consumer behavior, and established networks within the jewellery/luxury industry.

Key ResponsibilitiesInternational Sales Strategy:

· Develop and execute international sales strategy aligned with global expansion goals.

· Identify and enter new markets including Middle East, USA, Europe, Southeast Asia, and more.

· Define sales targets by geography and channel (retail, wholesale, distributors, online).

Market Expansion & Business Development:

· Conduct in-depth market research and competitor analysis in global markets.

· Identify, appoint, and manage overseas distributors, franchisees, and B2B clients.

· Represent the brand at international trade shows, exhibitions, and events.

Client & Channel Management:

· Build and nurture strong relationships with international partners, key accounts, and high-net-worth clients (HNIs).

· Monitor partner performance and ensure brand standards are maintained globally.

Team Leadership & Coordination:

· Lead the international sales team and coordinate with marketing, design, and logistics departments.

· Train and motivate regional sales teams/distributors on product features and brand values.

Export Operations & Compliance:

· Oversee documentation, compliance, and export procedures in coordination with logistics and regulatory teams.

· Stay updated with international trade regulations, tariffs, customs duties, and documentation (e.g., GSP, COO, hallmarking, etc.).

Pricing, Forecasting & Budgeting:

· Define country-specific pricing strategies considering duties, taxes, and logistics.

· Prepare and manage international sales forecasts, budgets, and ROI analyses.

Brand Positioning & Product Alignment:

· Work with design and marketing teams to align collections with regional market trends and preferences.

· Ensure consistent global brand representation across all touchpoints.

Key Requirements:

Minimum 10 years of international sales experience in jewellery or luxury products.

· Strong network of international buyers, retailers, and distributors.

· Knowledge of export documentation, logistics, and regulatory procedures.

· Proven track record of scaling international revenues.

· Strong communication, negotiation, and cross-cultural management skills.

· Willingness to travel internationally on a frequent basis.

Preferred Skills:

· Multilingual capabilities (preferred but not mandatory).

· Knowledge of international e-commerce platforms and online retail strategy.

· Experience in markets like the Middle East, Europe, and North America.

· Familiarity with international trade portals and buyer.
