The role involves client handling, product development coordination, merchandising strategy, and production follow-up — with a focus on both creativity and execution. Key Responsibilities: Product Planning & Coordination: Plan and manage jewellery collections based on seasonal trends and client inputs. Coordinate with design, CAD, and production teams to bring collections from concept to completion. Client Communication: Interact with domestic and international buyers for understanding requirements and presenting collections. Manage client queries, feedback, and ensure timely delivery of samples and orders. Production Follow-Up: Monitor ongoing production activities and follow up with internal teams to meet client deadlines. Prepare and update order status reports regularly. Inventory & Documentation: Maintain order sheets, cost sheets, and product documentation. Ensure accuracy in pricing, material details, and client specifications using ERP systems. Sales Analysis & Reporting: Assist in analyzing product performance, market trends, and client feedback to suggest improvements. Contribute to range planning and seasonal forecasting. Candidate Requirements: Graduate/Postgraduate in Fashion Merchandising, Jewellery Design, or a related field. 2–5 years of relevant experience in jewellery merchandising (preferably in exports or SEZ units). Female candidates preferred due to client-facing role requirements and team diversity balance. Excellent communication skills in English; confident in presentations and email communication. Proficient in MS Office, ERP software Good organizational, analytical, and coordination skills.
