Job description Position- JAVA Full stack Developer Location- Jaipur Salary- 10 LPA - 13 LPA Experience - 5 + Years Job Description: We are looking for a skilled Java Full Stack Developer with 5+ years of experience to join our dynamic team in Jaipur. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in Java development, problem-solving skills, and a passion for building scalable applications. Key Responsibilities: Backend Development (Java) ï‚· Design and implement scalable backend services using Java, Spring Boot, and Spring Data JPA. ï‚· Develop and maintain RESTful APIs and microservices architecture. ï‚· Implement robust authentication and authorization mechanisms using Spring Security. ï‚· Integrate messaging systems like Apache Kafka for real-time data streaming and communication. ï‚· Optimize server-side logic for performance, scalability, and security. ï‚· Work extensively with SQL databases such as MySQL, PostgreSQL, and Oracle for data modeling, queries, and optimization. Frontend Development (React) ï‚· Develop interactive, responsive web interfaces using React.js. ï‚· Integrate with backend APIs and ensure seamless data flow between front and back ends. ï‚· Manage component-based architecture and state management (e.g., Redux, Context API). ï‚· Ensure cross-browser compatibility and UI consistency. ï‚· Architecture & Design ï‚· Participate in technical architecture discussions and system design decisions. ï‚· Guide the team on best practices in code structure, modularity, and reusable components. ï‚· Implement modern design patterns and development principles (e.g., MVC, microservices). Code Quality & Collaboration: ï‚· Write clean, well-documented, and testable code. ï‚· Perform code reviews and mentor junior developers. ï‚· Collaborate closely with DevOps, QA, and Product teams. ï‚· Agile & DevOps Practices ï‚· Participate in Agile ceremonies (standups, sprint planning, retrospectives). ï‚· Use CI/CD pipelines and version control systems (e.g., Git, Jenkins). ï‚· Write unit, integration, and performance tests. Team Leadership & Collaboration ï‚· Lead and mentor a team of developers across backend and frontend stacks. ï‚· Assign tasks, guide on technical issues, and conduct regular code reviews. ï‚· Foster a collaborative Agile environment with regular sprint planning, reviews, and stand-ups. ï‚· Ensure timely delivery of high-quality solutions aligned with business goals. Required Skills & Experience: ï‚· 5+ years of backend development using Java, Spring Boot, Spring Data, Spring Security. ï‚· 2+ years of frontend development using React.js. ï‚· Strong experience working with SQL databases like MySQL, PostgreSQL, and Oracle. ï‚· Proficient in Kafka, Docker, Kubernetes, and microservices architecture. ï‚· Hands-on experience with REST APIs, CI/CD pipelines, and version control (Git). ï‚· Solid understanding of unit testing, integration testing, and code quality standards. ï‚· Demonstrated leadership in managing technical teams and driving project execution. ï‚· Strong communication and collaboration skills.
