Java Full Stack Developer

Role & responsibilities

We are seeking a talented and motivated Full Stack Developer (5 Year experience) with expertise in Java (Spring Boot) and ReactJS to join our engineering team. In this role, you will build scalable backend services and intuitive frontend applications that power our inspection and analytics platform, used by customers worldwide to drive the energy transition forward.

Key Responsibilities

• Backend Development:

Design, implement, and maintain RESTful APIs and microservices using Java Spring Boot.

Optimize database queries and ensure high performance for large-scale data processing.

Write clean, modular, and well-tested code following best practices.

• Frontend Development:

Develop responsive, user-friendly UIs using ReactJS, HTML5, CSS3, and modern JS (ES6+).

Integrate frontend applications with backend APIs for seamless user experiences.

Collaborate with designers to deliver pixel-perfect interfaces.

• Quality & Delivery:

Write and maintain unit, integration, and E2E tests.

Participate in code reviews and advocate for engineering best practices.

Work with DevOps to support CI/CD pipelines and smooth deployments.

• Collaboration & Impact:

Partner with product managers and operations teams to deliver solutions that improve throughput and efficiency.

Contribute ideas to automation initiatives that streamline operational processes.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
• Strong experience in:

Java & Spring Boot (backend development).

ReactJS and modern JavaScript frameworks (frontend development).

REST API design and database interactions (SQL/NoSQL).

• Familiarity with Git/GitHub, Agile methodologies, and CI/CD workflows.
• Excellent problem-solving skills, ability to work independently and collaboratively.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with microservices and cloud environments (AWS, GCP, Azure).
• Familiarity with containerization (Docker/Kubernetes) and message queues (Kafka/RabbitMQ).
• Knowledge of testing frameworks (JUnit, Mockito, Jest, Cypress).
• Exposure to performance tuning and scaling distributed systems.

• Shift: Standard 8-hour workday, 5 days a week
