As part of our commitment to excellence, we are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Accounts Executive to join our dynamic team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Hardware & Software Support: Provide hands-on support for all company IT hardware (desktops, laptops, printers, etc.) and software (office applications, insurance software, etc.) across all departments. • End-User IT Support: Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues for employees, including desktop and laptop issues, printer connectivity, Wi-Fi problems, software malfunctions, and telecom system issues. • Office Setup: Lead the setup and installation of IT infrastructure for new office locations, including networking (Wi-Fi, LAN), hardware (desktops, laptops, printers), and telecom systems (phone systems, video conferencing setups). • Inventory Management: Manage IT hardware inventory, including ordering new laptops, desktops, monitors, and other devices as needed. Maintain proper records for tracking equipment life cycles, warranties, and replacements. • System Upgrades & Maintenance: Ensure timely upgrades and maintenance of software and hardware systems to ensure compliance with industry standards and company needs. • Network & Telecom Support: Monitor and maintain the company's internal network and telecom systems, addressing connectivity or performance issues. Ensure seamless operation of internal communications, including internet, phone, and video conferencing systems. • Vendor Liaison: Work with external IT vendors and suppliers to order hardware, resolve issues, and ensure the delivery of high-quality services and products. • Training & Documentation: Assist in training employees on new systems, tools, and software. Maintain documentation for IT processes, troubleshooting guides, and inventory records. • Security & Compliance: Assist with the implementation and monitoring of IT security protocols, ensuring all devices are secure and software licenses are in compliance with industry standards. • Project Management: Manage IT-related projects, such as the integration of new software tools, office expansions, or new technology solutions.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience (5 years) in IT support or a similar role, preferably in a corporate environment. • Strong knowledge of IT hardware, software, and network systems. • Experience with office hardware setup (desktops, laptops, printers) and network installation. • Ability to troubleshoot and resolve a wide variety of technical issues with speed and accuracy. • Familiarity with IT systems in an insurance or finance-related environment is a plus. • Knowledge of telecom systems and Wi-Fi management. • Excellent problem-solving and communication skills. • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, handling multiple tasks simultaneously. • Strong organizational and time-management skills. • Relevant certifications (e.g., CompTIA A+, Network+, or similar) are a plus.
