Job Title: Customer Relationship Executive Location: Himatnagar, Client Premises (On-Site Support) Industry: Insurance Broking Preferred Background: Insurance Industry Experience Required: 0 to 3 years Role Summary: We are seeking a professional and proactive individual to work as an Insurance Coordinator stationed at our client's office in Himatnagar. As part of our on-ground support model, you will act as the key liaison between the client and our main office, ensuring seamless coordination for all insurance-related services. Key Responsibilities: Serve as the primary point of contact at the client’s location for all insurance requirements. Coordinate with the head/main office to facilitate policy issuance, endorsements, renewals, and claims support. Maintain records of all client interactions and insurance documentation at the client site. Support the client in understanding policy coverage, timelines, and documentation requirements. Assist in collecting proposal forms, premiums, and necessary paperwork from the client and ensure timely submission to the main office. Follow up with internal teams and insurers for timely servicing and resolution of queries. Build and maintain a strong working relationship with client personnel. Provide periodic updates to both the client and the internal team on insurance activities. Desired Candidate Profile: Graduate in any discipline (preferred: commerce, finance, or insurance). Prior experience in insurance broking, banking, or client service roles is an advantage. Good verbal and written communication skills in Gujarati and Hindi (English preferred). Comfortable with basic MS Office tools (Word, Excel, Email). Customer service mindset with strong coordination and follow-up skills. Ability to work independently with responsibility. Work Environment: Based full-time at the client office in Himatnagar. Collaborative support from head office for all technical or operational insurance matters.
