Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage customer interactions through PulseUp CRM and update all customer communication accurately.
  • Handle inbound and outbound calls regarding service reminders, follow-ups, and feedback collection.
  • Coordinate with the service team to ensure timely vehicle delivery and service updates.
  • Address customer queries, concerns, and escalate issues to seniors when required.
  • Maintain customer satisfaction scores (CSI) by providing a positive customer experience.
  • Track and monitor customer appointments, service reminders, and follow-up schedules.
  • Prepare daily/weekly reports related to customer interactions, feedback, and follow-ups.
  • Ensure timely closure of all open customer complaints/issues on PulseUp CRM.
  • Support customer engagement activities, surveys, and retention programs.
