Job Description

Organisation is leading Chemical manufacturing Industry located at Changodar, Ahmedabad.

Required Education: BSc Chemistry with min 2 to 3 Years Experience as Quality Officer or Chemist Profile in Chemical Industry.

JOB DESCRIPTION:

Manage and maintain the company’s CRM system.
Ensure the CRM database is accurate, updated, and effectively used by the sales and marketing teams.
Monitor customer interactions and analyses customer data to identify trends and opportunities.
Develop and implement CRM campaigns to improve customer engagement and retention.
Work closely with the sales, marketing, and service teams to enhance customer experience.
Track, measure, and report CRM performance metrics (open rates, conversion rates, customer satisfaction, etc.).
Automate marketing workflows and create targeted customer segments.
Handle customer queries, feedback, and complaints efficiently.
Train internal staff on CRM usage and best practices.
Generate regular reports for management on customer insights, sales pipeline, and lead status.

Skills & Competencies:

Strong knowledge of CRM software (Tally, ERP, Microsoft Excel etc.)
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Analytical and data-driven mindset.
Problem-solving and customer service orientation.
Proficiency in MS Excel, PowerPoint, and data analysis tools.
Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
