· Handle calls for service inquiries, appointment scheduling, and follow-ups.
· Explain service packages, maintenance plans, and promotional offers to customers over the phone.
· Follow up with existing customers for service reminders, feedback, and retention.
· Update customer details and call logs in CRM/dealership software.
· Coordinate with service advisors to confirm appointments and resolve customer queries.
· Achieve daily/weekly calling targets and maintain call quality standards.
Assist in generating service leads and converting inquiries into confirmed bookings
