Job Description

As an IT support specialist at our company, your primary responsibilities will include: - Configuring Windows and Mac based computers - Monitoring system issues through RMM platform - Managing and maintaining Active Directory - Patching servers and critical systems during maintenance windows - Identifying and resolving security and performance issues through system reviews - Auditing systems for compliance with HIPAA and SEC regulations - Implementing scripting solutions for task automation - Handling change requests for various services and systems - Optimizing network deployments including switches, access points, and routers - Configuring and monitoring network firewall assets - Conducting general maintenance and support for Windows Server infrastructure and network - Verifying and testing BCDR (Business Continuity and Disaster Recovery) procedures - Documenting all tasks, procedures, and client system information - Working with the U.S based team members to ensure client uptime and project timelines are met To excel in this role, you should possess the following skills and qualifications: - 5 years or more experience in IT consulting, MSP, or similar environment beyond helpdesk support role - Proficiency in Mac, Windows, Linux, and Windows Server operating systems - Knowledge of NIST Cybersecurity Framework - Familiarity with HIPAA, SEC, and PCI compliance - CCNA and MCSA certifications or actively working towards obtaining them - Experience with PSA and RMM systems - Microsoft SQL administration skills - Knowledge of Windows Server versions from 2008 onwards - Experience with Azure and AWS - Excellent written and verbal communication skills - Strong task and project management abilities without direct supervision If you find the job requirements and responsibilities align with your expertise, please send your resume to senthil.kumar@rigpa.in.,
