Job Summary:


We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive IT Executive to manage the day-to-day technical operations of our office. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring smooth functioning of computer systems, networks, software, and hardware across the organization. This role requires hands-on experience in troubleshooting and maintaining IT infrastructure to support our fast-paced e-commerce environment.



Key Responsibilities:


  • Set up, configure, and maintain the computer systems including desktops, laptops, and peripherals.
  • Manage office network infrastructure, including Wi-Fi setup, router configuration, firewall management, and ensuring stable internet connectivity.
  • Install, update, and troubleshoot required software and applications used across the company.
  • Perform regular hardware maintenance and repairs, including RAM, hard drives, keyboards, monitors, and printers.
  • Create and manage official Gmail IDs when needed and maintain overall email admin settings.
  • Ensure proper installation, functioning, and regular monitoring of CCTV cameras installed across the office.
  • Check and monitor the functionality of the EPBX system and coordinate timely troubleshooting if issues arise.
  • Maintain IT inventory and ensure timely repairs or replacements.
  • Provide on-site technical support and assist in resolving IT-related queries promptly.
  • Ensure timely antivirus updates, system security checks, and basic cybersecurity hygiene.
  • Assist employees with day-to-day IT issues, including password resets, email syncing, printer setup, and basic system troubleshooting.
  • Ensure smooth functioning of biometric devices, access systems, and coordinate with vendors if issues arise.
  • Conduct routine maintenance such as system formatting, disk cleanup, backups, and performance optimization.
  • Coordinate with external vendors for repairs, AMC services, internet issues, or hardware purchases.
  • Keep documentation of installations, configurations, and IT processes for internal reference.

 

 

Required Skills & Qualifications:


  • Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, or a related field.
  • 2–5 years of experience in IT support or a similar role.
  • Strong knowledge of computer hardware, networking, and operating systems.
  • Experience with routers, firewalls, and general internet troubleshooting.
  • Familiarity with Google Workspace (Gmail, Admin Console, Drive, etc.).
  • Basic understanding of CCTV systems and monitoring tools.
  • Good communication, problem-solving skills, and the ability to work independently.
  • Knowledge of cloud-based tools and IT security practices.
