Marketing Intern (Content Creation)

You will be joining Femmella, a women's direct-to-consumer fashion brand based in Gurugram, dedicated to celebrating individuality and empowering women to dress for the life they desire. The brand offers timeless pieces that embody comfort, effortlessness, and style, aiming to provide a fusion of style, comfort, and confidence to assist women in embracing their uniqueness. As a Marketing Intern, you will play a dynamic and creative role in our team. We are looking for someone who is enthusiastic about content creation and up-to-date on social media trends, particularly skilled in engaging audiences through Instagram Reels and YouTube Shorts. Your responsibilities will include developing and producing engaging content for these platforms, monitoring social media trends for relevant content creation, utilizing basic video editing skills for high-quality content, conducting competitor brand research, and proposing and executing innovative ideas to enhance our social media engagement. To excel in this role, you should be pursuing or have recently completed a degree in Marketing, Fashion Design, or a related field. A strong understanding of social media platforms, especially Instagram and YouTube, is essential. You should have the ability to create content that resonates with our target audience, excellent research skills to track and analyze social media trends, a creative mindset to adapt and execute ideas effectively, and be comfortable and confident in front of the camera. This is a paid internship opportunity based in Gurugram, with a duration of 2-4 months.
