KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Assist in the development of new fashion concepts and designs.
• Create sketches, mood boards, and illustrations based on the design brief.
• Collaborate with the design team to select fabrics, colors, and trims.
• Participate in fittings and provide feedback on garment construction.
• Conduct trend research and assist in the preparation of trend reports.
• Support the design team in day-to-day tasks and administrative work.
• Help prepare technical drawings and specifications for production.
• Stay updated with the latest fashion trends and industry developments.

SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS:

• Currently pursuing/recently completed a degree in Fashion Design or a related field.
• Strong understanding of fashion design principles and garment construction.
• Proficiency in design software such as Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, and Procreate.
• Creative mindset with a keen eye for detail and aesthetics.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• Passion for fashion and a desire to learn and grow in the industry.
• Be open to learning and receiving feedback.
