Bajaj Finserv Limited (BFL) Job Title: IT Manager – Compliance, Digital Platforms, Contact Centre COE (CC COE) Reports to: Pranav Chothani – Deputy National Lead, Digital Platforms, Contact Centre COE (CC COE) Location: TBD Position SummaryBajaj Finance manages sales and service operations for a wide range of products through its Contact Centres, leveraging both inbound and outbound models. These operations are largely executed through outsourced partners, closely aligned with respective vertical P&L teams. With over 4,500+ FTEs and rapidly expanding operations, the organization is strengthening its Direct-to-Consumer (D2C) strategy, where the Contact Centre plays a pivotal role. As the company transitions routine services to self-service channels, Contact Centres continue to remain a core pillar of the service ecosystem. Bajaj Finance is further expanding with new partner additions, physical centres, and Regional Contact Centres in Tier 2/3 cities. Managing vendor relations, compliance, and security governance is critical to this growth. To support this, the organization has established a centralized Contact Centre – Partner Excellence function to enable structured governance, coordination, and performance management across both internal stakeholders (Business & Vertical Teams) and external stakeholders (Partners, Vendors, Market SMEs). We are seeking a highly skilled IT SPOC (Single Point of Contact) with a background in Computer Engineering / B.Sc. IT to oversee IT and Network Security compliance as per company policies and regulatory standards. Duties and ResponsibilitiesSecurity & Compliance Oversight Oversee security measures across Contact Centres, ensuring compliance with data protection and industry standards. Implement and monitor data security protocols to safeguard sensitive information. Manage endpoint security solutions to protect devices from threats and vulnerabilities. Develop, implement, and enforce information security policies, governance frameworks, and compliance processes. Ensure physical security measures are in place to protect IT assets and infrastructure. Oversee network security operations including firewalls, IDS/IPS, and network access controls. Ensure Data Loss Prevention (DLP) controls are operational and effective in preventing data leakage. Asset & Vendor Management Maintain complete oversight of IT asset management, ensuring tracking, audits, and compliance with internal and regulatory guidelines. Act as the compliance lead, collaborating with internal and external stakeholders to monitor the effectiveness and efficiency of compliance controls. Additional Requirements Mandatory on-ground presence at the designated contact centre location.
