IT Support Engineer

As an IT Support Engineer at Techhansa Solutions, you will play a crucial role in maintaining the IT infrastructure, troubleshooting hardware and software issues, and providing timely technical support to ensure smooth operations. Key Responsibilities: - Provide technical support for hardware, software, network, and system-related issues. - Install, configure, and maintain computers, servers, and network devices. - Diagnose and resolve hardware/software faults efficiently. - Monitor and manage LAN/WAN connectivity, printers, and peripherals. - Ensure data security through backups, antivirus updates, and system monitoring. - Maintain IT asset inventory and documentation. - Collaborate with vendors and internal teams for issue resolution and upgrades. - Offer remote and onsite support as needed. Required Skills & Qualifications: - CCL Certification (mandatory). - Strong knowledge of Windows/Linux operating systems, networking, and hardware troubleshooting. - Familiarity with Active Directory, firewalls, routers, switches, VPNs. - Understanding of IT service management tools and system administration. - Excellent communication, analytical, and time-management skills. - Ability to work independently and collaboratively. Preferred Qualifications: - Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field. - Prior experience in IT support or system administration is a plus.
