Title - IT Sales Manager

Location: Hinjewadi Phase 1 Pune (Onsite)

About The Role

IT Sales Manager


Key Responsibilities

  • Drive

    end-to-end B2B sales cycles

    for IT solutions across FinTech and HealthTech clients.
  • Identify, qualify, and close

    high-value deals ($10K – $100K+)

    .
  • Conduct

    consultative sales discussions

    , understanding client pain points and proposing tailored technology solutions.
  • Lead and mentor

    Sales Development Representatives (SDRs)

    , ensuring pipeline growth and improved performance.
  • Plan and execute

    lead generation campaigns

    via cold emails, LinkedIn outreach, and calls.
  • Manage

    CRM systems and sales tools

    (automation, email platforms, prospecting tools) for effective funnel tracking.
  • Build and maintain

    long-term client relationships

    for upselling, renewals, and account expansion.
  • Collaborate with product and delivery teams to effectively position

    AI and custom tech solutions

    for different industries.
  • Prepare and present accurate

    sales forecasts, metrics, and performance reports

    to leadership.
  • Work in flexible shifts to cater to

    US and European markets

    .


Key Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience

    in B2B IT/Software sales, preferably in

    FinTech and HealthTech domains

    .
  • Proven success in

    closing large deals

    in the $10K – $100K+ range.
  • Strong expertise in

    consultative and solution-based selling

    .
  • Experience in handling both

    inside sales & field sales

    .
  • Previous experience working with

    international clients (US/Europe preferred)

    .
  • Familiarity with

    CRM systems and sales automation tools

    .
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills.
  • Ability to lead, mentor, and manage

    sales teams (SDRs/Inside Sales)

    .
  • Self-driven, target-oriented, and comfortable working in a

    fast-paced startup environment

    .

  • Exposure to

    AI-driven products, SaaS platforms, or custom IT solutions

    .
  • Understanding of

    financial services, digital payments, health tech platforms, and regulatory requirements

  • Data-driven mindset with the ability to analyze KPIs and improve conversion rates.
