1. B2B International Sales   Proven experience in selling IT products or software to global businesses and corporate clients. 2. End-to-End Sales Management   Handling the full sales cycle — from lead generation to deal closure. 3. Sales Tools Expertise   Hands-on experience with tools like Apollo.io, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Zoho CRM, HubSpot, etc. 4. Cold Calling & Email Outreach   Ability to initiate and nurture relationships via professional outbound calling and cold emailing. 5. Lead Generation & Prospecting   Skill in identifying, qualifying, and converting international leads. 6. Proposal & Quotation Preparation   Creating detailed commercial proposals, quotations, and tenders tailored to client needs. 7. Client Interaction & Communication   Daily engagement with international clients and decision-makers via email and phone calls 8. Platform Selling (WhatsApp, LinkedIn, social media etc.) Experience selling and interacting with buyers on digital platforms. 9. Excellent Verbal Communication   Fluent spoken English with confidence to pitch and negotiate with clients. 10. Excellent Written Communication   Strong email and document drafting skills; ability to write professional sales messages and follow-ups. 11. Microsoft Excel Proficiency   Using Excel for pricing, quotations, data tracking, and sales reports. 12. Microsoft Outlook Proficiency   Skilled in managing professional email communication using outlook. 13. Negotiation & Closing Skills   Ability to handle objections, offer solutions, and close high-value deals. 14. Time Management & Multitasking   Effectively managing global time zones, multiple leads, and pipeline stages. 15. Market & Product Research   Researching new international markets, competitors, and customer needs to shape sales strategies.
