Now we’re looking to grow our team with people who are curious, tech-savvy, and ready to explore the world of IT Sales.

What This Role Is About

This isn’t a hardcore cold-calling sales job. It’s a mix of understanding what we do, communicating that clearly to potential clients, and helping us turn conversations into long-term business. If you’ve got a tech background but prefer people over code, this could be your sweet spot.

You’ll work closely with our marketing and sales team, learning how to pitch IT services, build lead funnels, and manage the client journey. We’ll train you, guide you, and challenge you.

What You'll Do (Day to Day)

• Research and reach out to potential clients through LinkedIn, email, and other platforms
• Understand our services and explain them in simple terms to prospects
• Support proposal writing, client follow-ups, and demo coordination
• Keep track of leads, responses, and meetings using Google Sheets or CRM tools
• Help run outreach campaigns and assist in closing deals with the senior team
• Learn fast and contribute ideas that improve how we sell and connect

What You Should Bring

• A background in IT, CS, BCA, MCA, or something related
• Interest in sales, business development, or digital marketing
• Good communication skills. Clear thinking, clear writing, and confidence while speaking
• Basic familiarity with tools like LinkedIn, Excel/Sheets, or CRM platforms
• Willingness to take ownership and learn new things every week
• Bonus if you’ve ever helped organize events, sold something on your own, or led a team in college

Work Setup

• Location: On-site at our Ahmedabad office
• Type: Full-time for freshers or internship (with long-term opportunity)

Salary / Stipend

• Interns: ₹7,000 to ₹10,000 per month
• Freshers: Competitive salary based on skills and performance
• We offer growth-based incentives and performance bonuses as well

Terms & Commitment

• Interns must be available for at least 1 years
• Freshers joining full-time should commit for a minimum of 2 years
• This helps us invest the time and training to help you grow meaningfully in the role
