The CTO will lead and oversee the development of BraneMind's AI-driven technologies, ensuring alignment between business objectives and technological initiatives. Key responsibilities include spearheading technical strategy, managing software architecture, coordinating cross-functional teams, and supervising the development of production-ready AI solutions. The CTO will also play a pivotal role in driving innovation, monitoring emerging technologies, and ensuring high technical standards across all projects. Qualifications Proficiency in Software Development and Architecture, with experience designing scalable systems and overseeing technical frameworks. Expertise in IT Strategy and Project Management, demonstrating the ability to integrate technical solutions with business goals and lead complex, cross-functional projects. Experience in Product Development, including creating and delivering innovative technology solutions aligned with market needs. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to adapt to rapidly evolving technologies and business landscapes. Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related fields; prior experience in applied AI or automation industries is a strong advantage. Exceptional leadership and communication skills, with an ability to inspire and align diverse teams towards shared goals.
