We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven IT Sales Executive to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating new business opportunities, building client relationships, and achieving sales targets through both local market outreach and online lead generation platforms . The role involves identifying potential clients, pitching our IT services and solutions, and converting leads into long-term customers. Key Responsibilities: Identify and approach potential clients through local market visits , calls , and online platforms (LinkedIn, Upwork, Freelancer, IndiaMART, Justdial, etc.). Understand client requirements and propose suitable IT services (Web Development, Digital Marketing, SEO, Software Solutions, etc.). Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients to ensure repeat business. Collaborate with the technical team to prepare proposals, quotations, and project estimations. Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets set by the company. Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities and industry trends. Prepare daily/weekly sales reports and share performance updates with management. Represent the company professionally during client meetings, events, and presentations. Maintain client databases and ensure proper documentation of deals and communications. Required Skills & Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field (MBA preferred). Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills. Good understanding of IT services, web technologies, and digital solutions. Self-motivated and target-oriented with a positive attitude. Experience in lead generation, B2B sales , or IT project sales will be an added advantage. Familiarity with CRM tools and online bidding platforms is a plus. Work Type: Target-Based Role – Minimum monthly/quarterly sales targets will be assigned. Incentives will be provided for exceeding sales goals. Candidate must generate projects from both local market and online platforms . Salary & Compensation: Target Based: Based on How Much Project You'll bring (depending on experience and performance). Incentives: Commission-based earnings on each project (typically 5%–15% per project value). Performance Bonus: Additional bonus on achieving monthly and quarterly targets. Growth Opportunity: Salary revision and promotion based on performance and consistency. Performance Targets (Example): Minimum 2–3 client deals or confirmed projects per month. Generate leads worth ₹50,000–₹1,00,000+ in project value per month. Maintain at least 80% client retention rate on follow-up or recurring projects.
