BSH Technologies Pvt. Ltd. is a rapidly growing technology company focused on delivering cutting-edge software, Al-powered applications, enterprise automation, and customized digital solutions for clients across industries. As we expand, we are looking for a dynamic and results-oriented IT Sales Executive to join our business development team.


Role Overview:

The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying and generating new business opportunities, building relationships with potential clients, and driving revenue growth for the company. You will need a good understanding of IT services, software solutions, Saas models, and client engagement techniques to effectively present our offerings.


Key Responsibilities:

• Identify new sales opportunities through market research, cold calling, networking, and inbound lead follow-ups.

• Present, promote, and sell IT services and software solutions to potential clients.

• Develop and maintain strong relationships with decision-makers across startups, SMEs, and enterprises.

• Conduct client meetings (online or onsite), product demos, and proposal discussions.

• Work closely with the technical team to understand and deliver client-specific solutions.

• Meet monthly and quarterly sales targets and report progress to leadership.

• Prepare proposals, quotations, and agreements tailored to client needs.

• Participate in industry events, webinars, and networking forums to promote the company's offerings.

• Maintain accurate CRM records, including customer data, sales pipeline, and follow-up status.


Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.

• 2-5 pays of experience in IT/Sofiware Sales or BB Sales (preferably in a tech)

• Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

• Proven ability to meet and exceed sales targets.

• Knowledge of IT services like Web Development, Mobile Apps, Al, ERP/CRM, Saas solutions.

• Proficient in using CRM tools, Linkedin, and sales reporting tools.

• Self-motivated, organized, and able to work independently in a hybrid/remote setup.


Nice to Have:

• Experience selling to international markets (US, UK, UAE, etc.).

• Understanding of software development lifecycle (SDLC) and project scopes.

• Familiarity with Upwork, Freelancer, Clutch, or B2B lead generation platforms.

• Certification in Sales, Digital Marketing, or Business Development.

Work Mode:

• Hybrid: Preferred to be based in or visit Bhubaneswar as needed.

• Remote: Open for candidates with a strong track record in IT sales.
