The ideal candidate should understand client requirements and convert leads into long-term business.

Key Responsibilities

• Generate new leads and bring clients for:
• Custom Software Development (Web & Mobile)
• CRM / ERP / HRMS / SaaS solutions
• WordPress Website Development
• E-commerce Development (Shopify, WooCommerce, Custom)
• Digital Marketing (SEO, Social Media, Paid Ads)
• Identify client needs and propose suitable technical solutions
• Pitch company services via calls, emails, LinkedIn, WhatsApp, and meetings
• Coordinate with technical teams to prepare proposals & quotations
• Close deals and achieve monthly / quarterly sales targets
• Build and maintain long-term client relationships
• Maintain sales pipeline, client data, and follow-ups

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
• Basic understanding of:
• Software development lifecycle
• Websites, CMS (WordPress), eCommerce
• Digital marketing services
• Experience in B2B IT services sales preferred
• Ability to generate leads independently (cold calling, LinkedIn, referrals, etc.)
• Self-driven, target-oriented mindset
• Familiarity with CRM tools is a plus
